M7-29 pulverized coal centrifugal fan uses:
The M7-29 pulverized coal centrifugal fan is designed according to the performance required by the pulverized coal combustion system of the thermal power plant boiler. It is used to blow pulverized coal to the boiler. The pulverized coal cannot pass through the impeller directly, otherwise the impeller will be easily worn. The inside of the volute is lined with a guard so that it can be replaced after wear. There is lubricating oil stored in the bearing box for heat dissipation of the bearing, and a cooling water pipe is installed to cool the lubricating oil.
Type of M7-29 pulverized coal centrifugal fan:
1. The M7-29 pulverized coal centrifugal fan is a single suction type, consisting of six models of M7-29 №11, 12.5, 13, 14.5, 16, and 17.
2. The M7-29 pulverized coal centrifugal fan is made into two types of clockwise rotation and counterclockwise rotation. Viewed from one end of the motor, the impeller rotating clockwise is called a clockwise fan, which is represented by "shun"; the impeller rotating counterclockwise is called a counterclockwise fan, which is represented by "counter".
3. The outlet position of the fan is represented by the air outlet angle of the casing, and the air outlet angle ranges from 0° to 225°, with a total of 16 specifications.
Commissioning and Maintenance of M7-29 Pulverized Coal Centrifugal Fan
1. The fan must be installed according to the prescribed procedures, and it can be officially put into production after the trial run.
2. If the fan is found to be abnormal during operation, it should be stopped immediately to find out the cause, and the operation can only be continued after the fault is eliminated.
3. The fan should be checked and repaired regularly according to the usage.
4. The operating speed of the fan must not exceed the maximum allowable operating speed, and the use of pulleys for variable speed is not allowed.
5. The bearing box of the fan is cooled by water, and the water pressure must not exceed 0.4Mpa. Due to different temperatures in various places and seasonal changes, the water flow can also be the same. Generally, the water flow can be considered as 0.5~1m3/h, and water quality should be paid attention to at the same time. In order to avoid fouling and blockage in the channel, which will affect the cooling effect.
6. If the impeller of the fan is worn out, it should be re-balanced after welding repair.
7. The bearing temperature of the fan is generally not higher than the ambient temperature of 40 ℃ .
8. Bearings are lubricated with thin oil, it is recommended to use N32 mechanical oil.
9. The effective value (root mean square) of the vibration velocity of the bearing box during normal operation is ≤6.3 mm/s.
