M6-29 type pulverized coal centrifugal fan application:
M9-26 type pulverized coal centrifugal fan is mainly used for forced ventilation of boiler pulverizing system in small and medium-sized thermal power plants, and can also be used for conveying materials, air and gases that are non-corrosive, non-spontaneous, and non-viscous, and the medium temperature does not exceed 80 °C . M9-26 pulverized coal centrifugal fan is used for pulverized coal transportation.
M6-29 pulverized coal centrifugal fan structure:
The pulverized coal centrifugal fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission group and so on.
1. Impeller: There are 16 pieces or 32 pieces, forward curved type, the blades, wheel covers, and discs are all made of 16Mn, and there is a wear -resistant layer, the impeller has no blade diffuser, and the outer edge has a maximum peripheral speed of 140m/s.
2. Transmission group: It consists of main shaft, bearing box, pulley and so on.
3. Chassis: It consists of two parts. After disassembly, the rotor can be lifted upwards for easy maintenance. Part of the volute plate is made of 16Mn to improve wear resistance, and the rest is welded with ordinary steel plates to form a whole volute .
4. Air inlet: It is made into a convergent and streamlined overall structure, and is fixed on the inlet side of the casing with bolts.

M9-26 pulverized coal centrifugal fan is made of single suction, there are 6 models of №12.5, 13, 14, 15, 16.5, all of which are driven by D type. M9-26 pulverized coal centrifugal fan is made into two types of right rotation and left rotation. Looking at the fan from the transmission group , if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called right rotation, and it is represented by "right"; if it is counterclockwise, it is called left rotation, and it is represented by "left". The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the air outlet angle of the casing. "Left" and "right" can be made into six angles of 0 degree, 45 degree, 90 degree, 135 degree, 180 degree and 225 degree.
